Position Summary
The Senior Project Architect will play a crucial role in leading innovative design initiatives and ensuring architectural excellence across varied projects. This role involves design leadership, technical coordination, client interaction, and comprehensive project management to deliver projects that align with high standards of aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.

- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is accurately captured in the design.
- Project Management: Manage all project phases, ensuring compliance with design specifications, scheduling, and budgetary constraints.
- Quality Assurance: Implement stringent quality control measures to maintain high standards in design and construction.
- Mentorship: Promote professional development within the team through knowledge sharing and guidance.

- Sustainability Advocacy: Champion sustainable design practices and strive for environmental certifications where applicable.
What you'll bring...
- Licensed Architect with over 10 years of professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited program or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in REVIT and fluency in tools such as Adobe Suite and SketchUp.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Exceptional design skills with the capacity to clearly communicate complex proposals.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication, coupled with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Demonstrates passion, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning and teaching.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary based on experience.
